What are peoples opinions on debadged, and do you need to tell the insurance company if you want to remove your model badge? anyone ever been denied a claim for not declaring a debadge?

I recently bought a FK debadged slatted grill to replace the standard one , My question is how do i remove the old grill + surround . I see there is 2-3 torx screws on the top but after that how do i get it out ? any help would be great :)
