the big screw that holds the lot together does it have a torque setting or do you tighten it till it stops ??

As above i've recently changed the DBM for a proflex or whatever it's called one and i'm still getting bounce when the wheels spin. It's been wet today and the bounce nearly caused me to lose out to an Audi 2.0 Tdi. I wasn't intending to set off from these lights quick but this A3 shot off...
