    My tolly (2004 130pd) has 103k mls on it now and correspondingly nackered suspension. OEM stuff seems pretty exorbitant where ever it comes from, so I'm thinking Eibach Pro springs with one of the following dampers: • Bilstein B6 (£460) • Koni FSD (£450) • Eibach Pro dampers (£380)...

    Would a mildly modded 1.8T (200-250bhp) benifit from an engine damper? Simlilar to this. Could it be a viable alternative to uprated engine mounts?

    Damper Problems

    Any quick checks or anything obvious to look for if you suspect your dampers are screwed. Over the last month or so my LCR seems to have got very crashy over bumps / potholes etc, it has always been firm but never this bad. Car has only done 9k miles so could it be anything else. :shrug...
