Strange noise i give up 1.4TSI CZCA

Hi, so yesterday i got my spark plugs replaced, but now its making this strange noise, I went to the mechanic but they haven't really told me anything. Only happens at idle, and even then it happens after a few seconds of idling, car was warm at the time of the recording. any help would be...
