Whats the best clutch for my 2004 54plate Ibiza Cupra Tdi?
I want to remap it and maybe more.
I've been looking at Sachs preformance...
Anybody running one in their TDI? Been pricing one up in the states and they are a hell of alot cheaper than the Sach items over here.
If so, what setups are people using? Happy with them etc?

I've just booked my car in for a new clutch (Mk4 Cupra TDI), and the garage has told me he's putting an LUK one on, along with a new flywheel.
I've read reviews and this seems ok to me.
Just wondering though - should i insist on a Sachs?
Not sure what he's quoted but another garage...
im after a new clutch just wonder wat ppl are running? i heard some ppl were using vr6 clutches and flywheels. is this true? would be intrested in costs to if u guys know, without fitting. cheers. also take it standard flywheels are dual mass? wat are vr6 ones?
I see TTS Roadsport have an attractive offer on these clutches at the moment. Mine is again feeling a bit slack.

Right ive decided that i can bear my fiesta no longer and need to get the gearbox sorted on the Toledo V5.
Question is does anyone know what the gearbox code is (2000 X reg Toledo V5 10v) ??
and would an 02J gearbox from a 99 Bora V5 fit as thats the closest cheapish 2nd hand box ive...

Now that my Audi can produce over 425lb of torque my Kevlar clutch is starting to slip so i am looking around for a strong clutch. Helix and Sachs can both make me a sintered clutch which can hold about 480lb torque but they are 4 puck clutches with a SMF which i am abit concerned about driving...
whats the difference between the organic and sintered clutches, the sintered seems to hold more torque but the organic i like twice the price, whats the difference/beneifts between the 2?

the cars on 53k and has been revod for about 2k and iv noticed now that the clutch is slipping and the car is nolonger chucking me back like it used to
basically the revs are jumping from 3.5 right up to 5k
been looking at pro clutches but abit shocked by prices as i recently spotted an ebay...
