M.K seat...bunch of clowns...please advise

basically..i purchased a brand new ibiza 1.4 dab edition :p....and when i got it i noticed that the trim on the roof ceiling was not done properly and the glovebox only opened 1/2 and inch...so i took this to seat and they firstly refused to fix the roof lining..as the guy said it must have been...
