Hello i have a question, i recently picked up a 2.5 inch Downpipe on my Seat Leon 2007 2.0tdi 170hp but i have a 2.3 catback will this cause flow problems or am i good?
Currently on a stage 2 remap with dpf gutted and egr delete. But want a bit more sound from my exhaust. Torn between a cat back, or decat downpipe fitted to standard exhaust? Which would sound better?
Big price difference between the two 😅
Hi all, I'm a 1.5 TSI Manual user, I want to cat delete to enjoy the tool more, but I have a few questions.
* Can I get a satisfying sound?
* How much of a performance increase would there be?
* Will the warranty be voided?
* Does the fault light come on?
* What difference does it make if I do...
Hi all,
I''m new to this site, but I've had my Leon cupra 280 DSG for few years.
Was my company vehicle (car allowance) but now I travel in by train as I've moved so looking to tuning her up a bit now as she not used as much.
Looking to start with air flow and upgrade to a VWR R600 Induction...
Seen this Powerflow cat-back exhaust on ebay (from a 20VT also) and it seems to be cheap as chips with no reserve at the moment.
Should I go for it? Are they any good? Thoughts?

Hello all.
I have a friend who has opened up his own garage recently and is very much focussed on customs. He has just completed as V8 engine transplant into a VW Polo Coupe but anyway, that's besides the point :D.
He has offered me a full Cat-Back system for my LCR for £200, custom made...
Just searched for this hoping to find sound clips/videos but all previous links are dead :-)
So I was wondering if anyone might have any of a standard 1.8T with a cat-back miltek just to get an idea of how it might sound..
Hi All
Thought I would finally put a thread up about my car :)
Its a 2005 55reg LCR, bought it on 1st march 08 with 10600 miles on the clock. Its now done 23,500.
Last time it was on the rolling road, it only hit 238bhp (220 at the wheel) and 260lbs, however the guy was convinced there...
Took the LC upto Awesome today to have a cat-back non-resinated Milltek fitted - and the drive home was indeed awesome!
I've been thinking about gettinga new system for a while now... and now that it is fitted I wish I had done it sooner. The big question I needed an answer to was how a...
askin misses for some x mas goodies, she can only get me one half of exhaust, is there any point getting the downpipe , cat and connecter pipe fitted then get backbox etc done at a later date or just get the catback system 1st and downpipe etc later?
dont say all at once which i know is best...
Has anyone fitted one of these to an FR. The part does fit as the E30 part fits to the Standard GTI and the standard GTI part is the same the Leon FR one. Milltek have confirmed this. My main query is the aesthetics, does anyone have a photo;
Here is the exhaust on an E30...
Hi all,
Firstly, Merry Christmas.
I'm just in a settled after buying my new car - a seat ibiza 1.9tdi 130 - a mear 400+ mile round trip. I have to say i'm very happy with it compaired to my saxo VTR. It's comfortable but firm, looks nice, has alot of mod cons and nice performance/mpg. I...
Would a BF DP and cat be compatible with a Milltek cat back system?
The BF is stated as 2.75" and I know the Milltek is 2.5".....but I was wondering if either of these are reduced at the end to fit the standard pipes and therefore be compatible with eachother?
Which CAT-back exhaust system do folks recommend for an LCR:
Milltech
Magnex
Supersprint
Other?
I'm looking for a raspy sounding zorst, although not too rediculous. It should also add a little bit of power (not lose it!) and hopefully be lighter than the standard system. Also...
Just waiting on my miltec to be deliverd and i was wondering cos it was 2nd hand do i need to get any perticular hangers or will the exhaust centre where i am taking it have everything i need to install it?
Cheers
David.
Peeps,
Had my Blueflame cat-back exhaust fitted today :)
Sounds awesome :D
Performance wise havent noticed any gains yet, but havent really give it beans yet....
When exhaust is bedded in, hopefully will be benefits combined with future mods.
