    again i went in today to order a haul of parts for the ibiza, and the parts guy is always helpful and cant interpretate (spelling???:headhurt:) the description of a part. the other guys down there are always happy to help with anything and that's why i'm a returning customer, 2 years now...

    Ends up costing me £307.44 and they didn't even clean the inside of the car. The driver (who eventually picked up the car at 12:30, not 9:30 like arranged) told me "yeah, we didn't have time to clean it"... Just want to vent. Really don't feel like they care about their customers. Guess...

    Just had some minor warranty work ( rear wiper ) done on my Ibiza and can say I was pleased with how they handled the problem and it was resolved while I waited in about 40 mins ! They also seems to be a parts centre as well so would recommend
