As we have just had Family over from canada, a big tidy up was needed, which i was not involved in....result of the story is that i can now not find my service book anywhere. Is it possible to get a replacement?

My phone book seems to have updated with some new contacts that I have added all ok. However there are some contacts that I have deleted and they are still showing on the dash even though they are deffo not on my sim card or my phone memory. Anyone know how you delete stuff from the cars...
