baffled

Ive been looking at a baffled sump for £138 quid and was wondering is it really worth it, while my sump is off is it worth the upgrade to it for is it a wate of money, also if i make some plates my self and get a freind to tig them in, is it as effective?

in case any body has not read any of my threads on my car its a 03 lcr with a missfiring problem / juddering . big thanks to andy for scanning my car . what i need to get is can someone who knows what there looking at see anything wrong with the scans etc.

does anyone on here run the BDMS sump? just gone out to my car this morning, and was fiddling with a bit on the bay, dropped a bolt....to see if it had fallen to the floor and I noticed a tiny pool of oil just underneath where the sump is....looks like my sump may be cracked:cry: How much...

Ok, so after waiting years we now have a choice of 3 baffled sumps - INA, BDM and Jabba. SO ... which one is the best???????????? Also we have 3 choices for turbo kits - BDM, INA and ATP (Elim2). INA not out yet but should be good, BDM is good too and ATP ... well not a great track...

how easy is it to do this and what are the benifits? is it worth doing?

does anywhere know where i can get the baffle for it i dont wish to pay 300 + pound for one complete one for my car any ideas hugely appriciated.
