    can't upload an avatar

    as above I can't seem to upload a new avatar the avatar upload page says (wrong file extention) even though it is a jpg and also for some reason I can't upload it from photobucket as it says (Remote file uploads have been disabled.) anyone got any ideas

    Resizing photo for avatar

    I have been trying to resize a photo within Photoshop for an avatar. In the 'image size' dialogue box the image now shows as 19.1K but when I save it, it shows on the hard drive as 88KB and is too large to upload. What am I doing wrong?:confused:

    hey i'm trying to change my avatar to a diff pic but when i try and upload a new one from photobucket.com putting the url in i get a message on here saying 'remote file upload has been disabled'. anyone know whats wrong???

    Ok, so how do I get one of these cool graphics under my name on posts? I looked at the Avatar's avail but it seems there isn't any to choose from! Thanks for any help !
