I washed my car the other day and noticed a few short (as in, a few millimetres) gouges in the paintwork on the roof. Figured something flew up from the road and then went "boink!" (probably as a result of some jerk in a BMW). So started the queue of cosmetic repairs. Now, today in a car park...
