    8v/16v the same?

    Does anyone know if the 8v and 16v dials are the same i know they look exactly the same just need to know if they have the on board computer settings eg: mpg average speed etc.. just so i dont buy a set of 8v ones and they dont work in the 16v, also if the 8v has the on board computer does it...
