converting mk3 to 5stud?

Hiya guys, i know one or two people are in the process of doing this or have actually done it but i'd like to know whats required and a rough price please... I know the conversion would require the use of golf mk3 vr6 5 stud hubs but thats about the limit of my knowledge! any details would...
