Hi Guys,

Just a few pics to start of my Leon, let me know what you think.

Im thinking of getting the wheels re-sprayed but not sure as to what colour to go for, any ideas welcome?

An Update to the car:
Washing down the entire outside of the car's body using Turtlewax car shampoo, with two bucket technology
It was time to apply Auto Glym Super Resin Polish, the AutoGlym was applied using rags and left untill it had gone white.

looking good

personally on the wheels i wouldn't want to go too dark with the car being black, maybe something gun metal colour wise?

Im not sure about the de-badged grill but i do like the black suround.

Black wheels do look nice on th posts above, im kinda leaning towards gun metal grey as dont want them to be too dark!

To be honest, that was the first time i washed her since since picking her up from the garage two weeks prior... so cant take all the credit...

First of all nice car, If it was mine I think small mods to make it look better, black rims or chrome new ones and bonnetsprayed matt, and spray the rear lights black and de badge it

Tripplewax Car Shampoo to clean the exterior
Supagard SupaWheels alloy wheel cleaner
SupaGard Supawheels alloy wheel protector
SupaGard Tyre and Trim dressing
AutoGlym Super Ressin Polish

Awesome Remap

Hi Guys,

Thought i best update this as havent done in a while.
Last week had the 140TDi remapped at Awesome GTi in Irlam (Very good service), been running it for around a week now and noticed a significant difference in performance, all with the added benefit of being no worse off on the MPG .

next step on the Project is to get the wheels refurbed and also fit a Piper Cross induction kit to it.
