Here is the story of my 2001 LC. I purchased it in July '10 and havn't looked back since!

Nice one, get a pic up with your springs on so I can see what it looks like lowered on standard rims. How much you lowering her by?

Welcome mate

I have a 2001 LC too, same colour and year

Wheels would be the first thing to go imo, however, i replaced some of the boost hoses first on mine before i got rims. Also thinking about colour coding the rub strips on the bumpers and doors

Yeah colour coding in order but wheels first. Im looking at some BBS CH reps i think they look stunning in 18's on these.

Also got 40mm springs but probly gonna be a week or so before theyre fitted due to working. Ive also picked up to gauges at a bargain price.
Once this is done it'll be exhaust, 007p, filter and a map.

I may also have a FMIC coming from a friend so yeah loadsa plans jus a case of time. :thumbup:

A quick update.

Ive done a couple of bits now so what do you think?

My Forge 007p vavle.

Valve fitted.

Boost gauge and Oil pressure gauge.

De-Badged rear.

Fabia rear wiper.

Aero wipers on the front.

As you can see ive been a busy boy this last week lol.

I've got the springs now too so wont be long and they'll be fitted. Ive also ordered my filter so that'll be here next week.

All opinions welcomed!

I have today had my air filter delivered. Really pleased with it, sounds awesome and as amplified the forge resert valve

So whats everyone suggestions for next mods then? I've been thinking down pipe and decat? Then exhaust?

What does everyone else do? :S

The filter wads bargain. £29.99 from halfrauds. It's a pipercross universal rubber neck filter part number "co176" It took them about a week to get it as pipercross make them to order but perfect fit and sounds awesome. For £30 you can't go wrong you just need to order a vent filter to go in the breather pipe but mine was £6 off eBay

Well i've lowered the car today. Not managed to get any pictures due to poor weather and poor light but ill try and get some in the morning and get them loaded up. :thumbup:
