Hey guys looking to do my battery reloaction and fitting wiring for heated seats.

What i need to know is how do you remove the plastic trim on the inside of the car ie the lower plastic sills inside all the doors. Part you step over or some may even stand on any advice is greatfully appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Mark

If i remember correctly it has a couple of plastic screws at the front and at the back of the piece. Remove these. The rear ones you have to lift the rear seat. The trim is in two pieces joined at the B pillar. it just a case of giving them a tug and lifting up.

LOL sounds simple but I have not found it to be.
They seem stuck in place and when I try to re set they won't sit down as they were.

:-(

if its same as lcr theres a cover in front footwell just pulls of
pull the passenger door trim off that hides the seat belt
passanger 2 screws at the bottom near bottom off seat belt
lift passanger back seat up theres like a plastic screw
then all that bottom section lifts out
but when i had all mine out i couldent see any pipe that runs to the washer bottle at the back
another think mate do you wash you windscreen alot?using the jetts?

Well mine used to stay there even if it hadn't rained for a few weeks as the water has no where to go but if it smells like fluid then that's different lol

Actually you might be right, I can not find a leak on the pipe in this area, the water is carpet high!
Maybe it smells of wash wax? because I have of course washed the car a few times recently.
I think this is choice made for me, this car has to go.
I can't constantly be dealing with faults and its only 5.

Is there a way to drain the water?

No I soaked the water up with rags then take door card off the silver pannel behind it needs to be sealed so take out the bottom bolts run silicon all the way along then bolt back up it will stop the leak
