My leon seemed to develop a electrical fault this morning....i flicked on to full beam and all of my headlights went out and the wipers came on :| after that it would not allow me to use any more than the sidelights and the wipers were just completely in a world of there own :?: Also the fan seems to kick in constantly, and with teh wipers :l
Later today, i checked through the wireing loom, and really could not find any vissiable cuts, shorts or anything out of the ordinary. Altho...whilst the car was swithched on, the wipers came on and so did the fan...but when you disconected both the headlights, it all seemed normal :l
I am now lead to think that it is probably an ecu fault? Is there anything else that could cause this erratic nonsense? and is there anyway to check?
P.S i will be putting it on vag com as soon as i can get hold of someone with it.
