Err two images First one shows main block Oil Filler and a silver cap with pipe's (thin pipe connected to it..)

I have relocated the pipe - cut it and re-fitted... Road test later to see if any improvements - I have also cleaned K&N filter (dry clean) and removed tuning box (Yes, Ian Driveforward its still in use!!!!) just so I know that I'm back to basic's, to test properly ....... However prior to doing this the car was progressively stogie in its power feed.....
