On my way way to work this morning I heard a loud rattle coming from the front suspension when I drove over bumps.
In my dinner break I went out and had a look at the car in daylight and I noticed this on my drivers side front .

Can these parts be ordered separately? Do I need a press to fit the bushes back on?Are they expensive?

No it is the standard ARB. The car is a Cupra 1.8t, X reg with 64k on the clock.
I did have powerflex bushes fitted to nearly all the front about 2 months ago as several of the orginals had split. I don't know whether this has shortened the life of the part that has broken, obviously failed due to fatigue stress.

the rubber bushes are there to allow that part to flex. removing some flex out of it and something else has to take the movement..

I am pretty certian that the one on the end of the ARB is still rubbber but the locating one through the wishbone is definately a poweflex bush.
