This is my yellow monster:

Seat Leon 1P
Year: 2007
Motor: 2.0 TDI PD (170bhp)

- JB-Autoservice removed the d.p.f. because of high consumption and really bad flow through it
- JD Engineering chip. ~200-210bhp (100-160 in 4th, was 11, now 9 seconds) :D
- Rondell 0048 18" 8.5j et45
- Toyo T1-R 225/40/18

Looks nice and tidy mate, love the colour, only thing i dont like on these is the original FR alloys. Do you have any more plans for it?

Well.. That's the reason for joining here. I am trying to find out of it is possible to fit 8.5j et40/et50 wheels.

Currently I am thinking really hard about buying the Borbet CC 18" :

Reasons to kick the DPF:
- Above 2500rpm not much power. Resolved
- Below turbo didnt do much, chip enhanced the torque curve Resolved
- Many cars hard pressure sensor problems. These are removed now Resolved
- Car the a regeneration procedure every week, with even less power available. Resolved
- Stuttering when driving at around 2000rpm Resolved by EGR-patch
- Often regenerating cause bad injectors. High temp for regeneration makes injector bad, bad injector gives more smoke, more smoke DPF cloggs, more regeneration needed.. Resolved
- High fuel usage because of often regeneration Resolved

100-160 in 4th:
Before the chip: View My Video (0:07 to 0:17)
After the chip: New movie 100-160 with chip 0:03 to 0:11

Sound after DPF delete View My Video

Downpipe replaced by new pipe :D

I need to wash the car, but you get the idea of how the wheels fit the car.
