83mm is the largest i think. possibly 83.5 but that is wafer thin bore walls. i really wish i did a stroker kit to go 2.1 but at the time i was keeping my gt28rs which was a little bit small for 2.1.

i may still do it.

2mm overbore is 120-200quid but you need to strip engine complete

I'd be taking it easy and using it as little as possible until you get it remapped. Are you getting Revo Stage3 ?

i have got the map on it now but it is very conservative at the moment sent my ecu to my tuners and got it mapped REVO STAGE 3 then they sent it back, im driving to them on monday to get it set up properly does anyone know if revo can map out the SAI and the Carbon canister? because i have an engine managment light on at the minute and i was just wandering if i have removed the pipework for the CC but not electrically disconnected it would this throw up a light?

i went for my first run today and it made 262 bhp and was on boost level 4 they found an air leak and they think my maf is goosed as it was producing 1.5 instead of 0.7 so i have left the car with them and should get it bk tonight i though 262 was good as this is only on level 4 and theres more to come ambiant temp was a steady 27 so intercooler was working fine will update later on tonight and will put up logs later my engine managment light turned out to be SAI so no probs there!!!

What you mean it was producing 1.5 instead of 0.7?

If it made 262 on 0.7 then thats a pretty decent figure indeed.

i meant 2.5 on the maf reading i dont know what its measured in but its meant to be 0.7 is a normal reading apperently will be doing a guide on here soon but i did not get many pics of the install because i was in a rush as it is my only car and needed it back on the road asap, but i think the install is self explanitary really bolt off bolt on, should be getting it back
2morrow now as they found an air leak someware and were gonna do some invest, a new maf is needed too i think as ive had this one on since ive had the car 3 years. Revo are gonna write a program for me that gets rid of the SAI system aswell so no lights any more hopefully!!!

Looks pretty neat fair play, maybe the filter is too close to the maf for accurate readings, but thats my only thing i'd pick up on.

Is that an EGT plumbed into the exhaust?

yes the turbo fits nicely down the back with all the lines connected even the oil return connected so i did not have to remove the drive shaft bit it says to remove on some of the guides ive seen, easy peasy really and very straight forward its not as neat as i want it at the minute but once the map is correct i can then think about the tidyness of it, yes EGT sensor is in the top of the downpipe as close to the turbo outlet as i could get its not working at the minute think i have a break in the coupling not worried about that at the min though!!
