    I will try to chat with tech if I can get past the service reception Lol. I think that is what I had as they said two updates and the car was in all day with the oil change only being done last thing before they closed so seems to be a lengthy download. Certainly fixed the mobile issue...

    Life. You havent' got much 4G in Eire. I know that from my travels it drops off outside towns. Suspect it's the saturation levels play havoc with the telematic boxes. Why people say it's the same stretch of road. They do change those boxes to fix as I recall. I'm waiting for mib5 😂. 2030...

    They haven’t done the sos update on the telematic module. Unless you ask them to do it to rectify the speaker pop and the error message then they won’t do it.     Bloke at the dealership when I booked mine in said it’s 50/50 between firmware and a full module replacement when they get those jobs. I'm hoping the firmware sorts it first. They're probably hoping the firmware fixes it long enough for the warranty to expire.

    They have to follow the TPI as this updated several modules. TPI 2066692/3 If the Telematics unit wont be updated SOS error will be still present.

    I got my car back yesterday and software was still 0836. I asked them to check for any updates that were available but they only did some telematic module updates from the information I could get from the service desk.
