Hi there , im searching for advise.
It all started with a loss of antifreeze, about 200 milliliters per 500 kilometers. I replaced the expansion tank because it was leaking, there was no change. There are no leaks anywhere, the system is inflated. I decided it was the head gasket, the head was removed and sent for inspection, grinding and valve adjustment, it was not leaking.

After repairing the head, I installed a GT1756V hybrid, a S3 Intercooler,4bar map, and hardpipe kit.
The car was mapped, but the loss of coolant continued, same quantity about 200ml per 500 km.
After 6-7 months of driving the car get throwing codes for MAP sensor.
I put the map out and there was a lot of oil on it. Cleaned put it back and everythings fine, till the MAP get dirty again.
So i decide to put out the valve cover breather hose and there was a creamy oil.Under the valve cover was a thick layer of this creamy oil, also in the boost pipes and hoses.

I change valve cover with new
EGR Cooler delete
New Oil Cooler,seals
Oil filter console New Gasket
New Coolant
New oil and filter
Drive it about 400km
And there is the result:

What can cause this ?
Cracked head/block?

I can't speak to the coolant loss, but a couple of years ago I was finding milky residue in my boost pipes - especially the elbow one that connects to the EGR. For me, it turned out that the CCV pipe was split, not that I could see anything wrong with it.

I only found out when I grabbed the plastic CCV pipe by accident that the fabric/material wrapped around it was soaked in oil residue. I changed it and haven't had any problems since, so I can only assume that's what fixed it.

In the colder months, it seems there can be a bit of condensation that collects in the boost pipes, and it can depend on how much you drive the car how much condensation you get.

I haven't checked recently, but I haven't had anything concerning happen since, and it's been more than two years without anything catastrophic happening, so I'm guessing it's OK...

Condensation affects the oil. Heater matrix affects the coolant level.

When putting the heater on, does it smell like coolant?
First 5 seconds of blowing smell like coolant, i know if heater matrix fail the windows will get foggy. Now after driving the car 700km the coolant loss is like 50ml, not like before 200ml, still not pull out the pipe for crank breather to check for creamy oil.
