We're hardly using our ABT now, and as there aren't many straight ones for sale, I wondered what it would sell for. Blackness grey, 2019, 24k miles, full SEAT history, just serviced and MOT'd at Lincoln SEAT. There's around 6 weeks SEAT warranty left on it. I'm not interested in P/Ex swaps etc, and don't need to sell it. Where would be the best place to advertise it, and what is it worth?

There’s only 1 Cupra R ST on AutoTrader at the moment, but it’s not ABT. 37.7k and on for £26k

I recently renewed the 2 years SEAT service/warranty plan. Still very few cars coming up for sale, I wonder if the price will recover slightly or stay around the same next year.

I bought mine private in May 24 - just 13k miles, unmodified & garaged - i think its hold its value well, especially in a market where used prices have taken a hit lately - a rare car, so the prices should stay solid. Not thinking of selling however

There is an ABT one on AutoTrader now for £35,000, 1,500 miles only:

For £35k I'd want at least the SEAT 2 year warranty/all in service plan on it. And to know if it's been serviced annually irrespective of the mileage.

35k for a Leon! It's a nice car - but you can get a lot of car for 35k!
Audi RS4 :)
I looked at a B8 RS4 in an Audi main dealers around 4 years ago, they were asking low miles ABT money. I lost interest when they said the road tax was around £700. I think the B9 RS4 was cheaper to tax, but they were over £40k back then. And Audi wouldn't give a 2 year warranty either.

B9 RS4 is £190 tax - same as all post 2017 Cupra or TDI leon or EV!
Yes - the B8 RS4 V8 tax is £710! but you get one of the worlds best engines, and surely a future classic (for me - peak RS4) as we will never see this type of powertrain again!

I don't know if the B8 engine is the same V8 that's fitted to the B7, but my friend had the B7 and for a 4.2 engine I wasn't that impressed with the go under 4k revs. Sure it revved to over 8k and made a nice noise, but by most accounts the B9 V6 performs much better.
