Hi All, I bought a 2020
Cupra leon in feb from a UK garage, the travel assist and SOS errors started pinging intermittently after a week or so of the purchase so I googled it and found this thread, which told me the steering wheel needed replacing.
After about 4 visits back to the dealer who took it to a Seat garage to asses, they finally agreed it needed a new steering wheel. As it was just out of warrantee the garage agreed to a 70/30 split with the dealer and they replaced the steering wheel for a new one. Straight away the errors disappeared and seemed to be fixed.
The errors have just returned. The faults have pinged on 4 separate journeys in a week.
I was hoping the new steering wheel fix the faults but apparently not.
Has anyone replaced the steering wheel and experienced the error returning after a period of time? and if so have you managed to get rid of the errors once and for all?
