Order was placed on 26th October 2021, given delivery date of Late Feb/Early March 2022, now expected Feb 2023

Have you had any update on this? I added a sunfoof to my VZ2 245 Hybrid as didn't have a build slot and then it's now jumped to March 23 estimated delivery. Original order date was July 21. I think I will be cancelling the order soon.

Have you had any update on your delivery date of October 22? As mine had no bulild week allocated when I checked a couple of weeks ago, I asked Lex Autolease if they could get a sunroof added as well. They have, but the new expected delivery date is end of March 2023! Can't believe the original order date was July 2021. I think I'll be looking to cancel soon.

I've just checked and no build date has been allocated since the summer/new build year reset. The fleet dealer days that VW Group are ramping up production now and they expect a big effort to clear the backlog.

Nightmare I wanted a hybrid but opted for the V2 150 instead so hopefully next year when the world catches up the deliveries may be quicker. However, I feel like it won’t be till 2025 when we see things back to normal

Just got a phone call from the dealer, my formentor has a confirmed build week 40 and should be in Poland at ther end of October/start of November

I still don't have a build date, but the order was placed in December. I think if I'm going to have to wait 14 months or more I'll be jumping ship. My order is for a hybrid, by the way.

Picked mine up this afternoon, ordered 6th March, vz1 petrol in mag tech grey, no extras. Very pleased, just need to get used to info system

Contacted Cupra last week to see if they have an update on the est. delivery date. Hybrid 245hp / full option / magnetic tech matt.

I ordered in March this year. Expected build week is 45. Delivery is 51 (delay of 6 weeks compared to earlier communicated dates). That would be a 9,5 month wait. Not as bad as other people on this forum with hybrids (still insane).

Besides the raw materials / component shortage and the war, does anyone know if delays are also based on the country where the order has been placed?

I asked the Cupra specialist in my country if he noticed any major delays / delivery time (18+ months) on other Formentor orders in The Netherlands and that was not the case. He expects week 51 to be reasonable, given the current situation.
