Coil over help

looking to get a set of AP coil overs as they seem to be what's recommended without bursting the bank but still good quality(open to other coil over suggestions), I have a 1.6 TDI se plate 13 do you know what configuration I would need for my car on awesome gti? Or anywhere else that's cheaper/better shipping times?

What size front strut diameter do you have and is it independent or non-independent rear suspension?

It is torsion beam as for strut diameter I'm not sure and due to the age of my 13 plate I believe the sticker is no longer there or I'm blind

Are you able to measure it or get SEAT to check from your chassis number? We'd also need the front axle weight which can usually be found on a sticker somewhere on the car, sometimes on the inside of the door frame.

Car is getting new alloys fitted rn so can't check, can these measurements differ from the same models and year or manufacturing?

Apparently car is just down so have missed the opportunity to measure it and they said the weight shouldn't affect

Ok but the weight will effect it which is why we need to know it. Without the requested information we aren't able to select the correct kit.

Ok well I will look for the sticker after work or when I get the car back as for the strut diameter who would I talk to from seat to get that info

You can call your local SEAT dealer and ask to speak to the parts department and they should be able to tell you from your chassis number.

Also rang Donnelly Seat only measurement he said he could give was 49.6mm if that is what your after, wasn't very helpful and said they don't get that kinda information only part numbers or something

Ok so going off that it's 50mm. Are you sure it is non-independent rear?
