Mine was built 2 weeks ago, just waiting on shipping details... its getting closer! Its been 17 weeks since ordering so longer than expected but not too bad when you consider whats going on.

My vehicle arrived at the UK port on the 5th of July and after todays update is still at the port, so fingers crossed I will have my car in the next few weeks.

After a bit of chasing, I now have a provisional build date of week 36 with a likel;y delivery of mid-October. Eight months. Hopefully. To think one of main reasons I went for Cupra was that all the other cars I was looking at quoted six months!

Pick mine up on Wednesday. V2 190 in Graphene Grey, I’ll post some pics up when I finally get it!
Ordered a Tiguan Hybrid back in January, cancelled that start of March as VW couldn’t tell me if I’d get it this year, I need it July.
So ordered a V2 190 in Solid White start of March, with July delivery. That got pushed back to October, so cancelled that.
Finally rang round some UK Cupra dealers and found a V2 190 is Graphene Grey in stock for not a lot more than I’d have had the solid white for, plus it was in stock (cancelled order) so here we are!
What is the 190 like?

Picked her up today, all good so far, not noticed anything wrong :ROFLMAO:
First impressions:
Is going to take a fair while to get familiar with all the controls.
The 1.5 engine is nippy enough
The lane assist seems to work very well, not intrusive as I have read previously.
Very happy.

Nice, is that in “Camo”?
I very nearly went for the pano roof myself but figured I’ve had five years without and haven’t missed it at all so decided to save a little but it does look nice I have to admit

First impressions very nice! Much smoother and doesn’t feel as highly strung as the 1.5. Only gripe (though it’s nit picking) is maybe a little noisier than the 1.5 but that could be because it’s a different car…Ateca vs Formentor and all of the 4WD gubbins?
I seem to have a bit of a turbo “whoosh” sound from passenger side when pressing on…is this normal?

MPG wise I got an indicated 46MPG on the drive back down south on the M6, mostly 70-75MPH run which is just a bit less than the Ateca got.

I was glad to see the back of that Ateca today when BCA drove it away. If anyone sees a 19 plate Rodium Grey Ateca 1.5 manual with about 21k on it listed on auto trader, don’t buy it!

Meon Valley, Hampshire, UK.
Been meaning to post here, keep forgetting.

Went into the dealership on March 18th, originally for a VZ3, but then decided the extra 3k wasn't really justified. Really wanted Graphene Grey, but they had a Magnetic Tech Grey as a cancelled new order in Spain, so after a bit of negotiating I signed up. Picked the car up three weeks later, after it had already arrived at the dealership while I was on holiday. Really, really lucky, and I got a good deal on my Leon 2.0 FR Sport when I traded in.

Eagle-eyed viewers will notice the front and read mudflaps. I spend a lot of time driving down country lanes, so they're worth having, and don't look as naff as I thought they might. They were thrown in, along with a hard boot liner, by the dealer when I bought the car.

Just over 2000 miles in, and I love the car, and love the way the colour changes depending on the light, but as someone who manages software delivery for a living, the lack of QA and general care on the Infotainment system drives me to distraction.

My VZ2 eHybrid 245PSI was ordered on 25/09/2021 and... although I hardly believe it, PRODUCTION is scheduled for week 40 of 2022.

An absurd wait, I am quite disappointed with the VW group's order management.

The salesman confided in me that virtually identical cars to mine have been delivered these days, BUT ORDERED in May 2022.

I was kindly given a free gift for my patience: a complete set of winter tyres and rims, original Cupra, for almost 2000€.

If I don't hear from them by October (of this year :D ), I think I will cancel...ordering an Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV 275PSI (4wheel drive) if they confirm its release.

Had my update this week and my vehicle is still at the 'UK port', this is the 4th week the update has been at 'UK port.

Is it normal for the car to be at port for so long?

Mine was at the port for about 2 and a half weeks, so not as long as yours. They told me that it was due to driver shortages at the time- that was back in Feb (collected mid March). Have they said why the long wait?

All they have said is still at UK port, although I received another email this afternoon, confirming the reg of my vehicle and to sign off on the paperwork, so maybe it is closer than I think.
