I saw the delay issues and thought I'd be in for a long wait as two dealers said there is not other way.
However, I ordered yesterday from a choice of pre-built cars. Some are ready within a week, a couple a few weeks out and some with build week 45.
I had to compromise from a VZ2 to a V2, but tale solace in the lower tax. I'm not sure if you have factory ordered whether you could switch but it might be worth a try.

I ordered my VZ2 on the same date and I'm picking the car up this week. Yes took 6 months.

Have you called Nationwide and checked with them? I still get those emails stating "no updates", but when I called them directly, I have a confirmed build week (22nd Nov) with a potential delivery date of the start of January. Might be worth calling them directly.
Ordered 28th October, had an email today saying earliest delivery possible is this Friday. Can’t argue with that!

Had word today that my VZ3 has finally arrived in the UK and will be at the dealership within the next 10-14 days; must’ve been on Aquarius Ace! Hopefully lots more of you are getting the same good news.

I was feeling very jealous of you, @redreligion until an email arrived a few minutes ago from griffintaxfree.co.uk stating that my car was also on it's way to the dealers. Again, must have been on Aquarius Ace.

Who did you speak to at JCT? Just discovered today they are supplying my Nationwide order and so far no info from Nationwide at all...
VZ3 petrol matte blue, pano roof, tow bar, safety pack. Ordered May, arriving with dealer 1st Dec !

Call them on 01274777600 and ask to speak to their fleet department. Provide them your SLI number and they will be able to give you an accurate update.
