I ordered a 1.5 DSG V2 in Jul just as the 21MY Changed to 22MY. Got given a build week of 43, I have just had an update that it was built week 40 but awaiting Semi Conductors! This was a nice surprise considering all the delays I’ve been reading about.

That's good news but be aware of the wait for semiconductors. I'm still 'waiting for parts'. My build week was 32 and I'm still in the same situation as yourself.
I ordered a V2 1.5 in Solid White with the Beats option on Friday (15/10) I’ve not been given an actual build week, any ideas when I’ll be receiving my car?!
If you only ordered the car on Friday, you likely won't even have a provisional build week yet. This could take up to a month or even longer to be given a provisional date, if the dealer has actually ordered the car yet. I doubt you'll be receiving your car before April next year, unless the supply of semi-conductors picks up.
So I’ve just had a look at my order form and see an ‘estimated delivery date’ of 01/03. I am now hoping that the current global issue eases and could get it sooner rather than later!
Dealer just emailed me to say that my car has been given a chassis number and is about to leave port.
I also had a similar email this morning to say mine should be here in the next few weeks, although didn't mention a chassis number to me.
Four and a half months is a lot quicker than some have been waiting (including myself). Good luck. There have been some signs that the situation may be improving.

Not a chance. There’s people that ordered before you that would be lucky to get it by then. You’re looking at this time next year.

Yep - we ordered in May and had a build week of 37 in the end, however since that was confirmed Cupra tell us they are unable to provide any further updates going forward not even the staus or when it might leave the factory - bit galling really when there are many happy stories from people that ordered weeks later than us.
Ours is a V2 DSG Graphene with pan roof, safety XL and power tallgate, we cant wait either but its more the poor communication thats annoying
Seems to be big delays on the 2.0tsi engines the 1.5s and hybrids seems to be getting built quicker! Seems to be a lucky dip who’s car gets built at the moment

Had word today from the dealer that my VZ3 is finally out of the factory and at the port waiting to be loaded onto a ship. Ordered mid-May and confirmed build week of 32. Hopefully a good sign that they may be starting to plough through the backlogs…

The 2.0tsi's do seem to be taking longer. The DSG and the higher engine power do need quite a few semi-conductors.Seems to be big delays on the 2.0tsi engines the 1.5s and hybrids seems to be getting built quicker! Seems to be a lucky dip who’s car gets built at the moment

But this is good news. I was week 32 for my VZ2. It would be good to hear from my dealer with some positive news!
Hi all, ordered V2 in Magnetic Tech Grey (kinda wish I’d gone for Dark Camouflage) with no added options on 24/09. Salesman said it would probably get built week 40 and put delivery of 22/12 on the paperwork. Got the call today that it was built week 42 and has just left the factory for the port. he said it won’t be on the next ship out as there are a lot of car ahead of mine (hears hoping some of yours have made it into that one

If it was built week 42, which is this week, I find it hard to believe that it's been built within two days and left the factory for the port already? Also that is a very fast turnaround from ordering on 24th September and being told a provisional build of 4th October only 10 days later, let alone actually being built just over three weeks from order.
