Out of curiosity are folks going matt black to match the other black plastic on the front end of the car or gloss black?
I'm probably going to go gloss as my car is metallic black so makes sense. On my old one I matte carbon wrapped the badge myself but i kept feeling like it looked a bit dull.

I might buy a complete grille, painted from factory is always better
the fr is now available with a black pack so guess the grill will be able to be ordered

Just bear in mind it’s a bumper off job to fit hence why a lot of people wrap it for cost

I'd be curious to know what the black edition grille will cost. I priced up the genuine chrome grille and also the primed version. They came in at £90 and £99 respectively. I ordered one of the chrome ones of eBay for 40 quid which should hopefully arrive this afternoon. I'm hoping it can be sprayed either gloss or satin black and still come in under what the genuine articles would cost.

I'm going to book in with my guy @ Luna Window Tinting in Manchester to get the grill, front & rear badge wrapped at the beginning of October. Trying to do a small job each month to ease the finances so i'll keep you updated with that and how it looks etc then.
