Replaced my exhaust worx (63mm) res delete with the vagsport (70mm) which I got for a good price in hope of making the dsg farts louder. However I’ve managed the opposite affect and now have a very drony exhaust at idle (900 rpm) great the neighbours will be happy! Think I may swap back.

However I did fit these beauties....

straight from AliExpress, didn’t come damaged which is a bonus and fit perfectly.

Then finally, gloss screen protector for infotainment, can’t remember who mentioned it on here but kudos to them....

Drone at 900rpm? Do you mean it’s louder at start up when cold?

Makes the screen look premium and matches the other shiny bits. Unfortunately not tempered glass but I think that would be over kill.

No however with a sharp scalpel and metal rule you could buy the 8” and cut it down? it’s made by brotect.

Mine was snowed washed and hand polished after wax but still some swirls visible.
Clay can do different?

Clay will just take contaminants off the paint work to make the paint Silky smooth but can cause more marring/swirls if not careful

Always polish after a clay

That’s the weird thing about it, the VC Is matte but a shiny infotainment display looks better.

Seat must of cheaped out with display or the vw said no...

What did you use for polish mate?

I used a turtle wax I found on youtube. Just spray on and it comes off really easy. Its called liquid Shine.

Is year 5 not a minor service. Y1 Y3 Y5 etc = minor, Y2 Y4 Y6 etc = major
