Scanned car... Errors everywhere!?

Hello all! I've recently started having issues with my Leon Sport Tourer 2014 1.6TDI. It started just before Christmas where it failed to start first time and 3 errors flagged up on the dash (TPMS, Headlight regulator and ESC error) after turning it off then trying again it worked and nothing came up since. Then recently I was pulling off and the revs dropped like it went into limp mode and ESC error came up again but then it drove normally, this has happened again this weekend so I scanned the car and it picked up around 36 faults but spread through all modules and all of them are DATABUS MISSING MESSAGE then a few more which say the High Level brake light circuit is open and Lost communication with ECM/PCM. I had LED bulbs for the interior which one had started flickering so I changed them all back to the original and cleared all codes. I'll post the scan below and hopefully someone has an idea as to what is happening

Can I add that I noticed the high level brake light is cracked which I'm aware is a common fault and there is water inside which could be causing the errors is its shorting the circuit? That's just my guess

In my limited knowledge, I would suggest probably one sensor is faulty which often on modern cars, throws everything else out?

Hopefully find the faulty sensor and all should be hunky-dory again.

Good luck!

Funnily enough it only started happening after I had new tires on the rear... Possible the fitters could have damaged an ABS sensor?

Certainly possible. It's sensors like that which can cause the problems.

On an old Mk4 V5 Golf I had, the MAS (mass air sensor) was faulty, it through everything else out and my dashboard looked like a christmas tree!

Hopefully a more advanced scanner should be able to tell you exactly what's out?

I'm going to take it to Midland VW as I don't trust dealerships but I'm hoping their software can find it as I know OBDELEVEN is more for adaptations than full code reading. I will post an update once sorted, if anyone has any ideas feel free to share!

Dying batteries cause very strange things to happen to the car, and obviously the cold snap does make the battery suffer more.

Have you made any changes to the car using OBD11 or any other tool for that matter as U112100 is normally associated with turning on a feature that the car does not support (for example when I turned on Blind Spot activation I got this as i did not have the correct control units / hardware

I've had the battery checked by my uncle in the RAC and it came back that it's a healthy battery as that was our first thought but his scanner shows the same errors. I haven't made any major changes with OBDELEVEN only the ones the app says are possible like needle sweep, carbon background FIS, phasing indicators. I'll double check the history though thanks

My thought was also low battery or A loose connection somewhere maybe a main ground wire or ecu. Anyways I'd just clear them all and check again in a week.

UPDATE: I continued to ignore this error as my battery was checked and came back fine so I thought it was down to the cold weather. I then decided to take it to Midland VW who claim to be specialist and they said it's the ECU and it will cost £1500 to replace which I turned down so I was booked in tomorrow to part exchange it on the sly but it broke down last night and wouldn't start, AA came out who miraculously traced it to relay #645 under the bonnet after tapping them all. He picked up a new one and fitted it roadside and fixed it! The old relay copper coils inside had burnt out and wasn't making a connection which is why it wouldn't always start and sometimes it would. HAPPY DAYS!

Your should have more faith in main dealers, the top technicians go on many training courses and often see the same faults and know what causes them. That was good that it was only a relay but I wouldn't go back to the garage who wanted to change the ecu.
