Very nice Front lip sets it off very well. Is it a dealer fitted accessory as I’m thinking about one for mine.
Thanks for that, I found the same deal from Seat North Wales for £311, weird thing is they are the ones I have ordered through. I will ring tomorrow and get them to match the deal advertised and update my order. Here’s a 6+35 deal for £321 a month

Give Simon Chapman a call at Chesterfield Seat mate, he'll sort you a fantastic deal !Thanks for that, I found the same deal from Seat North Wales for £311, weird thing is they are the ones I have ordered through. I will ring tomorrow and get them to match the deal advertised and update my order.
What is everyone’s view on using premium / non premium fuels? Any major difference in performance / economy and if so which brands are best?
Cheers

It looks like a Rieger Splitter as I have one on mine.
Easy to fit if you can get your front end off the ground a bit.
Magnetic tech black? Is this a magnetic grey with a tech pack and a black pack. We don't get any fancy extras in the UK just a cupra or a cupra lux.So, I finally took delivery of my Magnetic Tech Copra Black today! Driven it around for a bit, and these are my preliminary findings:
- It's FAST, faster than I remember the 300 was during my test drive. Maybe it's the DSG making it so easy to go fast, but I definitely enjoy it.
- The artificial sound being sent into the cabin is definitely loud (and obviously fake in my opinion). I'm not sure yet if I like it or not, but to my relief it's different from the Golf R's system (it doesn't try to be a 5-cylinder).
- The crackles and pops on the overrun are very pleasing and louder than I expected them to be. Maybe they just don't come through completely in recordings I've seen. I find myself switching to manual mode very often, just to downshift and let the exhaust pop. If you're paying attention you can actually feel the pops through the seat.
- I managed to get it to "fart" on the upshift several times, usually with the gearbox in Sport mode, but I've yet to find a reliable way to force it.
- The ACC is nice, but sometimes it holds back for no apparent reason. Maybe I just need more time with it...
I'm waiting for some GoPro mounts to be delivered so I can make some nice recordings. Really curious how everything sounds from the outside. I'll also make a video showing the carbon spoiler that came as part of the Black edition.

I put down a £1000 on my (hatch) cupra lux, and my pcp is £545pm... not sure about the ST. All I know is if you lease, you'll get it much cheaper, but depends if you're planning on keeping it after your term or not. Each to their own I supposehi all i have been looking at the drivethedeal prices for a Leon cupra ST LUX
can someone give me an indication of what the PCP will be?
what delivery dates are they now quoting on a new order?
Magnetic Tech is the name of the new dark grey-ish color. The Black edition is a special edition that was available for the Cupra 300 here in The Netherlands. It used to include glossy black body parts (like the mirror caps, the spoiler, etc.). Since the copper logo change however, this has been changed to a carbon fiber spoiler (same model as the Cupra R I think).Magnetic tech black? Ahh I understand now they called it Magnetic Grey here and that replaced the former monsoon grey. The UK seems to be bottom of the priority list lol.Magnetic Tech is the name of the new dark grey-ish color. I'm not sure what SEAT UK is thinking with their very limited options... It sucks, but you'll probably forget all about it after you drive the car.

I decided to cancel the order even though it was BW2. Searching now for a replacement. 16weeks for the build process to arrive at dealer.Give Simon Chapman a call at Chesterfield Seat mate, he'll sort you a fantastic deal !
Hi, I think you’re absolutely right about Seat UK being at the bottom of the list for them. I’ve always wanted to own a Cupra but after this it’ll be my last Seat ever. Shame because 4 years ago it seems like I ordered from a different manufacturer. Not sure if this is down to structural changes but watever it is they definitely appear to be uninterested in the UK market. Just looking forward to delivery day!Ahh I understand now they called it Magnetic Grey here and that replaced the former monsoon grey. The UK seems to be bottom of the priority list lol.
This cupra was my first ever brand new car but my third leon in a row. The 10 month wait definetly puts me off ordering a new car again as the lack of communication and extreme spec changes were unacceptable.Hi, I think you’re absolutely right about Seat UK being at the bottom of the list for them. Agree, I’ve been told that mine would have the winter pack & Seat decides to discontinue it for the non lux. All because I wanted the Alcantara seats I was unable to order ACC & Seat Sound deleted. Both of which I’ve had on my 2015 FR Tec for the last 4 years. Completely ridiculous when you think about it.This cupra was my first ever brand new car but my third leon in a row. Nobody actually got the winter pack free, it was an optional extra on the 300. Then when they stopped production it was going to be standard and by the time they started making the 290 they changed there mind, but yes a pain in the ass. We can't even blame the dealerships as they had very little info given to them just a total shambles at Seat uk.Agree, I’ve been told that mine would have the winter pack & Seat decides to discontinue it for the non lux.
