My vehicle is still going ahead with Build this week as planned BUT the Engine data will only arrive with SEAT 2nd October. No doubt it’s not a 5 minute job sieving through the data.
I’ll be lucky to see my vehicle this year!!

Spoke to CS this morning. My car now has a confirmed build week 40 (originally ordered in April for August delivery)
Ordered in monsoon grey but will be built as magnetic grey.. not sure how I feel about this as not seen this colour in person.
Should have the car by the end of October if all goes well. It's nice to finally have a date to look forward to rather than not knowing.

It has been suggested on here that the colour is a change in name only.
I am still waiting for a build date, I ordered Monsoon Grey also.
From what I've heard the colour is so similar it'd be hard to tell if they we're parked next to each other, so I wouldn't worry
At this rate, you'll get your car sometime mid October and be able to inform SEAT what gearbox they've given you haha
When did you order? Just keep pushing them, it might get you that build date!
This may help those who have ordered monsoon grey and are now getting the magnetic grey.
The image below is a screenshot from a video i received from my dealer showing the difference between the two colours, the Ibiza on the left is the magnetic grey and the Leon on the right is monsoon.
Not a massive difference but certainly not identical like SEAT have advised.

Yeah it's actually a lot more of a change than I thought, but I reckon it's an improvement, love the new colour
Not really relevant unless they’ve ordered a VRS.. if you order a basic Leon now you’ll probably get a build week pretty quickly too, but you’ve ordered a cupra that hasn’t been through WLTP.Still nothing for my Monsoon Grey order either from 9th May. Off goes another email to Seat CS

I got a call today from seat cs to confirm my car will be built this week as planned and I should expect to pick it up at my dealer in 3-4 weeks. She said she will keep me posted as it progresses. I did ask her if the car had been through wltp testing yet but she couldn't confirm or deny it.

Yeah the rear USB ports were part of the MY18 upgrades along with the illuminated kick plates and DC for the Cupra.

Ok so it's been about 24 hours since the start of the build week, who's taken delivery of their car yet I'm too excited for this waiting around nonsense

Just a little premature Walshy we’ve got at least another 5 weeks at the minimum to wait for delivery.

Well done... that sounds like a "spirited" drive.
Nah, they’ll be on the boat by Thursday. Once I find out which boat it’s on I can track it live at work using the Marine Traffic website. Should be 3-4 weeks - my 290 was built wk 39 in 2016 and I had it delivered 2nd November. That included a 14 day wait after I signed the paperwork as it was being delivered. If I’d collected it would been mid-October.Just a little premature Walshy we’ve got at least another 5 weeks at the minimum to wait for delivery.
