Going to be masking the contact areas and putting some VHT paint on to rust prevent.

Cant decide which colour as the car is yellow and the calipers are red.
Black goes with yellow and red and would be easier to paint one would assume lol

Changed all 4 brake discs and new pads all round. :drive1:

Copper free lube on the slide pins and copper grease where needed.

The caliper carrier bolts on the rear were a right pig to undo.

Will put pics up tomorrow and try to make a guide a I searched but can't see a Cupra R one which I can list all tools needed.

That would be a fab idea!

I love a good guide, even more so when it's for my car haha

It seems that each Leon you've had is an upgrade...

What do you plan on getting next after this one haha

You got your new one sorted already or you on the hunt?

Cheers

You’ll love I’m sure. Had mine two weeks and I’m loving it now I’ve started to get used to the DSG box.

Bought my Diesel Speed Blue Supercopa last week!
I've since fitted a debadged honeycomb front grille
LED DRLs
LED sidelights
Still to fit are Chrome front indicators, LED interior lights, LED boot light, LED number plate lights
And also looking at getting remapped at SP Tuning
And possibly DPF delete but unsure with all these new MOT rules.

future plans also include maybe the S3 intercooler upgrade and a new exhaust!

Just gave the R a wash polish and wax. She looks stunning then took her for a cruise down the motorway and got stuck in traffic for 40 minutes. # nothappy
