Greetings All
My 280 has been at my local dealers for a week while they try to get the car to accept a new infotainment system after my old one started freezing in the nav screen, usually when I was somewhere I didn't know . But that's another story...
Went to collect a courtesy car yesterday and they have a Mystery Blue 300 ST DSG with panoramic roof, adaptive cruise, Seat Sound and some other bits I can't remember, that is a cancelled customer order (unregistered). The deal they are offering is very tempting and I'm going to do the final "negotiations" on Tuesday, having put a deposit down on it. Hadn't planned on replacing my 280 at 3 years but hey, you only live once, right?
Was wondering therefore what owners of that model think of their purchase, and particularly the 4WD system. I'm driving this car on Tuesday and it'll be my first time in an ST, a 300 and a 4WD model. My hesitation is that my wife had a quattro A5 sportback and I really didn't like the feel of the 4WD on that, plus it added noticeable weight and therefore reduction in performance compared to my A4 with the same motor.
So decisions, decisions it is and any feedback would be most welcome.
Cheers
