Not today but yesterday I removed my Triple R rear diffuser as the sticky adhesive had finally given up (had just used number plate tape to hold the centre on).

Not sure whether to leave it off and sell it or re-fit it.

Also re-secured the part of the airbox that rattles like a b*tch at 1500rpm.

Fitted new discs and pads to the front. Still got the backs to do. Also gave car a service.

Managed to get Fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter, oil filter, oil, and brembo discs and pads front and back for £172 from gsf with 47% off.

Retaining screw still in or did you remove it ?

Screw out. Same problem with the fronts and rear. So annoying after taking everything apart. I hit them pretty hard and even hit them with heat and just couldn't budge them, so they must have rusted on real good.
Ended up just changing the rear pads as they were down to about 2mm!

Any tips?
