I wrote to him, very helpfull but still not working and he couldnt tell me why. Ived tried this on multipul operating systems windows 7,8,8.1 all the same. Hes going to contact his supplier as this is the supposidly first.
when doing an auto scan or try to connect to individual controllers the product trys to activate and knows its an unauthorised copy. (i dont know how)
this is what i get. as you see it connects no problem.

Try it on XP.

They're usually cracked on the XP platform and only function correctly on that OS.

The genuine one works fine on most platforms and automatically updates to suit any changes required to riddle out bugs.

Seems to work ok, I've got it running on my old windows xp NetBook, it seems to read all the modules in the car, interrogates each on its own, displays any faults along with any other details you may need, not had much chance to play but it all seems ok so far

i have a cheap eBay cable and Ross tech lite, i just wanted to try it before i brought the full version. the problem is i can used a few bit on lite but when i try and scan the car for error codes it come up with
"too many communication errors to continue"
does any one know how to sort this problem out?
