I have yet to find tyres that perform as well or better. Until that day....Eagles
Eagles are easily as twice as grippy as continental sports in the wet. Toyo t1-r and the eagles are hard to beat in the wet. The t1-r do brake away in the wet but after a lot of corner force and the breakaway is progressive and it's easy to get the grip back again. This was on a mk1 leon with standard suspension. 225/45/17. Eagle f1 on a audi a6 1.8t with eibach prokit springs and standard dampers with 225/45/17 tyres.

Just updated my RNS-510 to the latest maps (V10) and also added the newest Speed Camera/McDonalds/Shell Garage etc POI's.....
It's was pretty good, not as many cars in front slowing me down, but I just took it a bit easier because the p-zero's on the back of my car weren't gripping nowhere near as well in the wet.

Not as quiet as the wife, she bought it for my birthday on Sunday just gone, I knew nothing about it until I opened it on Sunday.
How did you do this mate I've been trying to get mine done but seat/vw won't touch it!
A quiet wife? does such a creature exist?
She did ask me if I wanted to open my gift early because she was dying to tell me what she'd got me, but I know it bugs her when I can wait for things so I waited it out lol
Did it myself......installed V10 maps from the VW install disc then installed the POI file from a SD card.
My RNS-510 is a VW version H with a SD card reader and latest firmware.
How far away a car is shouldn't stop you from buying it. If you can't be bothered to go look then you don't really want it
