Don't think I live near you! Cholrey near Preston, can you remember what files you changed lead came with a cd installed the software fine just carnt connect the lead in program options, when I press test it says USB interface not found.

Do you have an email pal and I will try send you the instructions and files or I can try and copy files to a cd and send it you?
It does say in the 'READ ME TEXT' that not to use any other cable with this program because it can corrupt the cable but thats up to you. There's a step by step instruction.

All sorted now mate found it on the Internet, thanks for your help tho, would recommend that lead just been sat on the drive for half an hour and sorted all the things I wanted off and on very happy. Also now have a beep when I look the car love it.

It's a 2012 CR170 DSG FR+ Well it was registered in Jan 2012 so could be a late 2011.
After the large MPH in the OBC screen, The XDC (electronic diff thingy) putting up to 2, the tach sweep. There was summat else but I forget.
That was it, 5 flashes instead if 3 when you tap the indicator. I believe there are loads of options on the leon but they're the ones I can remember. Flashing brake lights and auto windows up when in rains and if option is off being 2 others

Can you do the needle sweep in a pre facelift leon?? Would love my car to do this!
I've heard the supercopa and pre fl needle sweep doesn't work.

Yep, it worked on my 12 plate Supercopa (diesel). I use it all the time. And the needle sweep thingy too.

I did more googling last night and Drizzle (iirc) on here has also done it.
I think my cable is to old, 11.11.0, I think i need 11.11.3.
I have found the software vi DealExtreme and their clone cables, I wonder if I can just update the software without bricking the cable.
