That is correct, if you dont disconect you dont need to do anything...well apart from bolt it back on to the inlet...and connect the hoses back on :D

What i did with mine was turn the ignition on, then with a piece of wood jam the accerator open with a prop then the butterfly inside the throttle body will be fully open, sprayed carb cleaner past the butterfly and all in the inlet manifold then kept wiping it with good kitchen roll untill all was clean and dry , It certainly improved my idling and made it accelerate smoother also.:)

I've not heard that. I took the 4 bolts off and cleaned from behind so it all ran out onto a towel under it rather than into the manifold. You just need a gasket.

I'd imagine you'd need to chuck alot of the stuff though the engine before any damage could occur.

At higher revs when I take my foot of the accelerator my car revs a little. Mostly annoying when I'm changing gear because it sounds like I can't drive like the clutch is fCKEd or something. Isn't the clutch sensor by the way I've changed that. Would this be something to do with the TB? As I don't have a clue what it can be. I wish It was the clutch sensor :-(
