haha yeh wouldve been good! I chucked up a post on fb to see if anyone was near me to give me a hand. Had a couple of people willing to help out but im popping back to Bournemouth this weekend to view some houses for next year so some mates down there are going to hep me do it instead.

Awesome will look the mutts. I'm just going for as low as my wheels will let me. Probably going to have to take the rear spacers off to get it to the height i want though so no more poke unless i sort some rear camber out

I used to run my Golf with the coilovers set as low as i possibly could with stretched 185/35 tyres with 25mm spacers on the rear and 15mm up front,Was a harsh ride but looked great!!!

Got coilovers on mine but dont go anywhere near the stated 120mm drop... guttted so in talks with them now and need to find time to get the helper springs out, but managed to dewiper the rear.

Mine gose in 2 moz for new stance on rear new coilovers to get her down low

What make coilovers have you got?,i once ran a car after removing the helper springs and it was a really really harsh ride!

Can't be any harsher than what it is atm with them wound all the way down!!! they are TA Technix, i have just recieved some money refunded as they dont go as low as advertised... shame really.

Nice to see some progress on the cars guys shame about the coils mate, hope taking the helpers out gets them as low as you need!

K1fro, get some pics up of your stance when it's done mate, can't wait to see it! I've been waiting for a dry day and enough time to sort my big loop arb out, and need to get on with refurbing my brakes. Then it's mufflerectomy time and hopefully door lock deleting as well if I can get it done. Booked a week off work before the show to make sure I can do any last minute bits. Less than 6 weeks now!
