well a decent set lowering springs is £160 so you won't get much in the way of choice or quality at that money :)
Tyres and suspension two most important bits of your car don't scrimp on either unless you want to end up in a ditch

Heard some fit budget JOM coilovers but no idea if they are any good

If I can be any help just let me know.

Damian @ DPM Performance

What shocks and springs do you offer?

My requirements are the same as probably 75% of forum users-

hopefully we can find a permanent solution for everyone

lower ride height 30mm-50mm
improvement on ride quality vs oem harsh ride
long lasting and doesnt wear out other components faster
Long/lifetime warranty

Personally i think the handling on my tsi sport (my11) is very good and with good tyres can inspire confidence, so cornering capability improvement isnt a must, but will probably happen as a result of lowering and upgrading. JUST NOT STIFFER!!!

If all else fails ill opt for a used set of facelift FR/cupra/R suspension, as my suspension is the same as pre-fl FR which is notouriously crashy/rough/stilts

Oh I see, thanks. And what difference will I actually see/feel for having the bilstein kit over the popular, spring only, eibach sport lines?
