Compression test done on hot engine. intake manifold pvc hose removed to simulate full throttle
175 PSI on all cylinders with 4 or 5 turns with the start engine.
That seems all good to me or?

This Friday i had a drive over från Malmö to Copenhagen to visit Sorensen Performance. Had the opportunity of seeing several cars at the workshop that where in the modding process or fully ready to be played. As a kid on Christmas you get eager and start thinking of stage 4 and other fun modifications that you can do to your car. Where does it end...

Marc spend about 2 hours helping me trouble shooting my car with vag-com. Very thankful for that Marc!!!
After the 60 minute drive over timing pull and lambda was suddenly fine !! But after standing still 10 minutes and then going back to logging the numbers started getting bad again, WTF!

Following outcome was done.
* Coolant temp sensor was showing about 73-83 C even at spirited driving. Should stay at steady 90 C .
* MAF values on idle where on 2-3 g/s, should be over 4 g/s
* VCDS block 36, bank 1 sensor 2 was all over the place, can not remember the exact values. Steady for some seconds and then it would go low.
* Intercooler temps where high
* My intake is only ITG parts up to the maf housing from the turbo, remaining parts are my own build. This may cause change in readings.
See link for picture of intake before changing to ITG maf housing and turbo silicone hose.
http://images15.fotki.com/v588/photos/2/224002/10626556/DSC_0333-vi.jpg
* VCDS block 134 temperature was showing -60 C, should be + ...

Yes, some of my above conclusions may be faulty, if so correct me or let me know what is correct!
As we detected this behavior and possible issues i did the decision of not proceeding with the re-flash to OEM sw. Surely it could remove my issues but at least now i know that i have some issues to attend to. When that has been done and i still find that things are not right i might say that my car is REVO allergic and proceeding another path. Marc confirmed that i had the latest Revo Stage 2+ sw so nothing to add from a reflash of it.

Actions to attend to.
* Update Intake to complete ITG set up, fix the idll maf readings
* Get a better intercooler
* Check if engine coolent temp of 70 - 80 is normal
* Investigate why lambda sensor voltage is changing drastically in idle, change lambda maybe.
* Why is oil temperature sensor showing -60 C, any effect on the engine?
* Isolate the Intake filter from hot engine air and create additional air feed from lower right spoiler side.

Sounds like you could possibly have a few issue's here. Or something is causing electrical interference?

your timing pull and fueling looks like many std 2.0tfsi's I have seen and dyno'd

do you have before mods logs as comparison?

Sounds like a very worthwhile trip you had , you have some areas to focus in on , I would start with your maf housing and start to get the fuelling right , do a few more logs and move onto the next issue , shame you couldnt post this last I could have done a few logs for you today , can't do any until next weekend now.

Sadly no logs before starting the modding. So you say this is normal values for S2+ or just standard cars?
I did log a standard Golf R and you are right at least on the timing, almost the same but according to Revo the S2+ should not see this type of values.
I have been searching the web for similar logs with S2+ and non are the same as mine.

Maf housing is fully ITG one now, maybe i made myself unclear.
It is the remaining part after Maf housing to filter that is not ITG standard.
What did you mean?

Rob, if you or anyone else get any time over , kindly check following for me with VCDS.
* What is the oil temp on block 134, any reading at all?
* Maf readings at idle with ac turned off, block 3.
* Coolent temp after engine heats up, block 1
* Block 36 bank 1 sensor 2 voltage readings in idle, give it about 10 seconds and check the max and min value

Any input to above will be greatly appreciated.

I think you'll find you don't have a TOG Sensor. So you won't be able to read an oil temp.

I will have a look today under the car and check if i have any TOG mounted in the engine oil pan.
To be noted, other Seat leon Cupra cars actually have TOG mounted so my car will be exception if not having one.

From which year have you seen or known of the sensors being fitted mate?

I know UK cars pre face lift didn't. Most probably due to fixed service regime.

I want to retrofit one to mine, but it appears my cluster won't play ball.

So, had a look under my car and no TOG sensor (oil temperature sensor) . Or is that the wrong spot?
Other Seat Leon Cupra cars that i know have the TOG sensor are pre -FL, mine is a 2009 so they can only be older.

Do you also get -60 when trying to read block 134

Yes, that's where the TOG Sensor should be fitted.

I too get -60 Oil Temp. I'm led to believe all vehicles not coded/fitted with TOG will show -60 Oil Temperature.

If you know someone with a Pre Face Lift Leon Cupra I would be very great full if you could get me a module map downloaded from their car with VCDS?

I've been in contact with RossTech and they have been very helpful. I have sent map module and cluster coding etc to them to see if my car should work. They believe it doesn't support this feature but if I could supply information from another car that it does work on, then maybe it could be enabled for mine.

My cars a 2007.
