That's a bugger it being out of stock.

I bet you cant wait to get the coilovers on. You wont believe the difference it makes, its insane. It gives you way more handling than you could ever use on the road, its fun trying though [B)]

Thought any more about wheels for your car?

Once you've got your coilovers on we should go for a weekend drive at some point, i often have a early morning drive on weekend. Sunday's is best, when everyone is in bed, the roads are empty. I've done quite a bit of exploring of b-road out near Sudbury, Halstead way and i've stumbles across some epic roads. :)

3 Jobs and a little one! That must be hard work, how you finding fatherhood? How many months is yours? My daughter is fast approaching 9 month, time certainly flies when you have kids.

What wheels have you got? Wheelworx's in colchester are supposed to be very good, not cheap though, around £250-280 for the full tyre off refurb. What you doing with your LCR wheels?

Right started on this tonight
First job was to take the head unit out, then came the ash tray and the front fascia panel

I used this guide to help me

http://www.SEATCupra.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=543&Itemid=6

Next step was the climate control unit and all the switches at the top
Once all that lots off I can then pull it forward a bit
You have to loosen off both side of the centre console

Once that's out next step is the centre bit where the gear stick is
This is easy to do, remove rear ash tray and all the side screws
Disconnect the ESP and fuel flap switches and then pull upwards

Next step is to install the new bits

This is how I left it for tonight

A few little bits to remember the lighter and ash tray are now in the centre gear stick console so the wire just has to be re router so it reaches
The climate control sensor bit now goes on the side so once again the wire is looped up so you just need to pull it all out so that reaches
Oh and the diagnostic **** is in the bottom of the centre dash bit do this has to be plugged in

Doesn't look like i've done much since the last pics, but it took hours to get it to line up right.

Next I've gotta fibre glass the rear, then the fun part of matching up the honeycombe:(

Heres how it stands atm:

I've cut the mesh and just layed it on top of the grille, it still needs to be trimmed down and glued into place. After it's glued in it'll need a final rub down ready for primer and paint.
