Most wouldnt put support and APR in the same sentence unless it said "lack of"
Typical response from APR used to be zero.
Just kidding Sy, APR do seem to be putting a bit of an effort in this time around. I do wonder if all their customers are going to get the same treatment as the ones able to make it to HQ though.
Back along when i was running the angry fish map, i started looking elsewhere and made a big thread about it. REVO, APR or a custom map were my options. Wanted APR, but was wary of aftersales support(this was before the new APR UK arrived), almost went with REVO, but just didnt trust their support or the map enough to go the whole way.
Paul at REVO also offered me a great deal as well because they wanted a comparison with mine against theirs. In the end i went for a Jabbasport map which cost me more but i was happy with the result. Then APR hit the UK scene with their new HQ intent on building the support network. I was offered their stage 2 which i turned down as i was already happy, and had just shelled out on a new map days previously, but they were very very keen to work with my for a hybrid solution and given that they also develop and produce their own lines of hardware it made sense to let them loose on my car. Ultimately id have stayed with the jabbasport map if the hybrid wasnt an option
This as before the APR UK HQ had been reformed.

http://www.vagoc.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?t=10352 so you can see i was considering the REVO/APR before APR hit the UK scene with this new approach. And since this new approach sorted my one issue with them....
