Cheers mate. I have seen a few people nearly twist there neck off as I have driven past them. My mum was in the back of the car yesterday whilst me and my dad went into a local car parts shop ad she said there were a few lads stop and take pics lol

Those new pics look really good, definetly different but it works. Like the stickers too ;)
How about the boot handle colour coded black or green?

Cheers. The green 'dont hate appreciate' sticker was on the car before the wheels lol. It is the reason I decided to go for the green wheels. I had thought I would get the badges done but I think I'm going to keep the front and rear badge as they are because the chrome ties in with the chrome on the wheels. I had thought about doing the vinyl on the front bumper in green. What do you think? I have also ordered 80 4x4inch green vinyl square to go on the roof in a chequer pattern if ya know what I mean.

I say give it a try, if you don't like it just peel it back off.

Think the roof will look pretty awesome actually.

Thanks mate

New pics look alot better mate :)

thanks. Am still getting used to taking pics with a d-slr camera lol

I think I will get a professional to do the vinyl on the front because my attempt was shocking lol. Also the chequered roof will help set it apart hopefully. But if I feel it doesn't look right then I can just peel all the squares off lol

Coilovers are better than springs and always will be!

You considered doing a headlight upgrade?

I think the wheels look brilliant (looked a bit hellfrauds in that odd grey/black IMO) Completely different and unique and it works well!

Yeah I only got the JOM coilovers ATM but originally i ordered the apex 35mm lowering springs but when the mechanic went to fit them it turn out that I was sent the wrong springs. I had a bit if money put aside so I got a full refund on the apex springs and bought the coilovers instead :) I know they ain't the best quality set but they will be ok for a year or so. That give me time to save up for the best ones instead lol.

I had considered doing the headlights but it's a right pain in the backside because the headlights I have ATM are h4 and the twin ones are h7 I think. Would mean messing with the wiring which I don't want to do ATM. Might just get some light smoke tint from lamin-x to make them look a bit better.

Thanks. Yeah I know what your saying about the hellfrauds look. When I ordered the wheels originally i ordered hyper black and that it's what they look like. Wasn't very impressed with them tbh but cba to send them back so I saved some money and got someone to change the colour. I'm very pleased with them now thou :)

Yeah i think budget are the best if you just want to go lower on a small engined car, that's what i've done too, my car is a slow car it's never going to be a track eating monster so budgets suit me perfectly because i just want it lower!

Keep up the good work

That's exactly my way of thinking. My car is a little 1.2 not the 1.4 tsi cupra lol. My car only has 70bhp I think so I agree with you, I dont need the most expensive set you can buy. I got a lot of people telling me I shouldn't go for the JOM kit because it's cheap but all I want to do is go lower and be able to adjust if I need to. I still might go for a better set in a year or so just for peace of mind really. But these will do for now lol. I just need to wait until the end of the month to get then fitted :)
Thanks. I am currently doing another stand out feature as I type lol (well me and a mate lol) when we're finished i will post some pics :)

Nice work getting the coilovers!
Gonna get mine back from my boyfriends brother, he's not replying to me at all so I think I may phone some garages.

Well done doing the roof by yourself though :)

Roof looks good, I wouldn't re do it, I reckon it looks better being at an angle rather than all being perfectly straight, looks more interesting.
I'd use the new squares to extend the pattern right to the back though, looks a bit odd stopping at the boot hatch
