Jokes aside, I just walked in to my local seat dealer and got them to bring it up on ETKA, wasn't expensive IRC. It's not much it gives you in terms of space, but it sure does look better then a CD changer.

Sorry I couldn't help you with the part no.

50/50

1. Spend more time / money tidying the car up now, not that the car needs this, just me being anal, car's superb all round now.

2. Tidy it up to a presentable selling state! kind of bored of it now

taught you would be keeping it for a long time yet. if you do decide to sell what you planning on getting next ? another SEAT

Pete, what's happening bro. Hows the Audi?

I get bored of cars very quickly, never really kept any car for more then 1.5-2.0 years. I'm stilling deciding what I want, made a bit of a list In no particular order:

Focus ST 4 Door the 2.5T one, these are growing on me
Mazda 3 MPS, I don't know why I like this
Mazda 6 MPS, a proper Q car
Lancer Evo 6 Tommi Mak (Black / Remus Blue)
Lancer Evo 7+, pref a UK car, but anything other then a 260 will do
Subaru Impreza STI 2002+, I like the blob eye & the bug eye.

Or............

a TDI

I've had my eye on a 6MPS for a while now, seem to be cheap just now, I guess it's the tax band that puts people off. COBB do a lot of nice parts for them though and they sound amazing + 4wd will help me in the bad winters :)

I know they look good in an odd way don't they, only thing that puts me off is lack of 4x4 on the mps3

It's a propa Q car, very stealthy, advantage of 4WD, reliable jap build quality, its much more refined and less raw then an evo/subaru so its good for a daily.

320d is on the cards for the mrs/me as the family bashing car, I like them.

Lovely project!

Thanks mate, appreciate it.

Good to know someone appreciates a good project from start to finish instead of RIMS RIMS RIMS, look at them spinning! look look, they are shining, stance, stance, 300030002000mm spacers, stance, et3j, et4992343j, BBS, BBS2, BBS replica's..... and 4000 posts / replies so yeah :thanks:

Dont sell Mo - really love your car, you have come too far to shut up shop now :(

Hey Dione, what's happening mate.

I know, deep down I do feel guilty, i'm still 50/50 at the moment, do I or don't I. Love your car too dude, it's well tidy, those rim's suite it to the ground, you really should get a readers ride thread going.

UPDATE:

I changed wheels and tyres to the genuine 17" face-lift LC star fish alloys. Higher profile Continental Sport 3's so much more comfortable now. Gave the car a quick clean & polish:

No More front splitter:

Thank god for that, it was scraping on everything around here.

Wheels seem more spaced now:

I think I'm going to go for the standard / sleeperish look. Thinking of painting the front IC piping Black.

I've toned down the exhaust now, with a massive silencer where the de-cat use to be, it's much more relaxing to drive now, lost a wee bit of performance but I'm willing to let that go.

Lookin good Mo! I recognise that car wash too, used to take my car there ;)

Yeah I keep meaning to start a readers thread but I never get around to it! Might do it over the festive period whilst things are quiet! :)

Also thanks for the nice comments!
